    Emerging Leaders Program

    The Emerging Leaders Program is a competitive 12-month development opportunity. The program provides a unique chance to develop analytical and critical leadership skills in the non-profit sector. Highly qualified candidates will be chosen to participate in this program to ensure that NUL is creating a pipeline of the next generation of executives. Participants attend four (4) face-to-face sessions, in which they are exposed to the competencies if the NUL’s Leadership Model through classroom learning with real-time activities, leadership assessments, coaching and webinars. Click here to learn more


    NULYP National Day of Empowerment (NDoE)

    National Day of Empowerment (NDoE) is the National Urban League Young Professionals signature community empowerment initiative which brings together NULYP chapters across the nation. Local chapters host a chain of unified community empowerment activities centered on a singular theme. This event is held in the November.


    NULYP National Day of Service (NDoS)

    The National Urban League Young Professionals participate in Annual National Day of Service events around the country. These project specific events engage members across the country in volunteerism, while empowering others. In July 2011, YPN-ULEM received a National Award for their NDoS event “Living S.M.A.R.T Health Fair.”


    N.U.L.I.T.E.S.

    Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts and YPN-ULEM have partnered to provide this original youth empowerment program that aims to ensure all children are well educated and prepared for economic self-reliance in the 21st century
