Keeping with their mission of “Empowering Communities…Changing lives”, the Young Professionals Network of the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts (YPN-ULEM) has partnered with Tayla Andre of Thumbprint Realty for its annual Economic Empowerment & Development Summit. Focusing on financial literacy, debt management, credit building, homebuyer education, and wealth creation, the Summit consists of a series of workshops that educates the community on eliminating debt, managing their finances, becoming a homeowner, sustaining homeownership, as well as creating, building, and sustaining wealth.
This two-day Summit will be held on March 11th and March 18th from 10AM to 4PM at the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts located at 88 Warren Street, Roxbury, MA 02119. The workshops will be broken up into beginner to intermediate on March 11th and intermediate to advance on March 18th. Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up for a ten-minute one-on-one credit review session with a financial analyst – attendee must bring a recent copy of their credit report. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
