The Emerging Leaders Program is a competitive 12-month development opportunity. The program provides a unique chance to develop analytical and critical leadership skills in the non-profit sector. Highly qualified candidates will be chosen to participate in this program to ensure that NUL is creating a pipeline of the next generation of executives. Participants attend four (4) face-to-face sessions, in which they are exposed to the competencies if the NUL’s Leadership Model through classroom learning with real-time activities, leadership assessments, coaching and webinars. Click here to learn more
