Join Hike4Life for our 8th Annual Post Thanksgiving Hiking Event! We are closing out 2017 with a FAMILY FRIENDLY, intermediate/advanced day hike to bring our awesome year, to a fun and healthy finale.

We will be returning to the Trailside Museum in the Blue Hills Reservation. 

We give thanks to our friends, to our families, to our supporters and to our Ancestors who guide and watch over us and we give our thanks to you. 

We'll be at the museum by 11AM, hitting the trail at 11:30AM – come early there MAY BE goodies!

Here's a checklist for a safe and fun time...

Attitude - A Positive One

Camera - Capture memories

Backpack - To store food, water, extra pair of socks (if needed)

Head Cover - Hat, Bandana/Scarf

Boots - Will help you avoid the aches and pains from stepping on rocks and roots and will keep your ankles stable.

Water – Bring at least 2 liters of water. Water is very important, more important than sports drinks but, if you want to bring sport drinks, it’s cool.

Clothing - Wear layers of long sleeved shirts and long pants. If you get too warm you can remove layers.

Grub - Bring whatever food or snacks that you enjoy. We'll stop for a short while so peopel can refuel!

Directions:
By Car: Take Rt I-93 to exit 2B (Milton, Rt 138 North). Follow the exit ramp to the first set of traffic lights. Go straight through the lights and the parking lot is 0.5 miles ahead on the right. The museum is at the end of the parking lot. (((LOOK FOR OUR SIGN)))
